Why in php.ini (5.4.x, 5.5.x with rebuild php.ini) are some directives like
"; If mysqlnd is used: Number of cache slots for the internal result set cache
; http://php.net/mysql.cache_size
mysql.cache_size = 2000"
if it's removed from manual etc. ? I bet that's not only one old directive in php.ini
