Hi all,

In short: yesterday we moved our webserver to a new location. Since then we've been using 3 new IP's.

IP 1: the server
IP 2: ns1
IP 3: ns2

Since today all domains on the server stopped working because the old ns1 and ns2 are still active. I actually turned off the old server but still the old nameserver IPs are being used.

In DirectAdmin I already changed all IPs to the new situation. What am I doing wrong? It's kinda urgent for me to get this sorted out since my domains are unreachable right now.

Hoping you guys can help me out. Thanks in advance.

Without real information we can't be sure, but likely you haven't entered new IP#s for your nameservers where you registered them.

For example...

You mut change the IP#s of ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com, at the registrar where you've registered example.com.

I can't tell you how to do that unless you use my company for domain registration, because registrars do it differently. Check with your registration provider's help desk.

Problem solved. Glue records were probably incorrect or the DNS on the server wasn't added correctly.
Thanks anyways!
