I have been using Direct Admin for about two years now. But recently I started getting various complaints from my customers. They say their old emails are automatically deleted. What causes this email to disappear?
Ok thats correct, to not delete. Can you see any common behaviour when mails got deleted, ex. same mailbox size (could be a hint for a setting), or at the same day in month (could be hint for a cronjob) ?
