On some installations 'Resource Limits' option, on others not

We have purchased several DirectAdmin licenses in a row in 1 month
We did all DA installations on the same way.
In the first installations we got the option Resource Limits in DirectAdmin. This is under the 'System Info & Files' heading. When you click at the option, you go to

https://hostname:2222/admin/resource-limits

Also users can use this option in their account.

At the later installations we dont get this option. And when we use the URL to check the option, we got this error:
'This feature has been disabled. Please, contact your administrator.'

What can I do to enable this option?

I made a ticket for this and the DirectAdmin team suggested to reboot the server. And that did the trick. After reboot the option Resource Limits appeared
