One Database not in all backups, customers claims there was one

Hi,

A lot of customers are moved to other servers. Only one complained.
He is missing a database with the name account_test

I have looked in every daily backup till 7 days back and can find everything in it but not that database.

What do you think, is that customer playing with me or can there be a problem with the backup in some situations ? I tested another account with a database named backup and that worked.

What do you think ?

I'm wondering if dA backs up the test databases. Try again with the other account, but this time make sure it's like "account_test".
