One Email Account is Blocked

Hi,
One of email account of a user is blocked. He asked me that unblock that account and it is OK. Nut I cannot find where I can unblock account.
I search everywhere,

I presume suspended?

It can either be suspended by admin, reseller or even the user himself.

On the right hand side you see the + character. Click on it, and there is the unsusped (unblock) option.

Thanks Richard But it is not about suspend.
I try it and made it suspend and unsuspend but it is still blocked. please see attached screenshot.

I have seen the screenshot, but I've never seen the term "blocked", which is why I thought it might be some other translation or theme.

Maybe it's in one of the /etc/virtual limit files.

@jamgames2 @ericosman you even seen the "blocked" term on e-mail accounts?

Maybe it got triggered by something under
Admin Settings --> e-mail settings ?

I never seen that, I guest... it was block cracking prevent spamming outbound email ?

since it default as "block_cracking_unblock=1", Change the password of email account will automatic unblocking.

It fixed with changing password.

My client use this account for some notification and his subscribers use some not-valid emails.
He is trying to purify emails.
