One problem with some databases after admin backup

After I have moved on my new server today, nearly everything worked fine...
The restore (from admin backup beta) worked good, but from over 700 accounts about 30 of them have problem with the mysql databases.
In var/lib/mysql I can see that thse bases are full, but when I log into phpmyadmin it shows that they are empty :/

I really do not know how to fix that
Any ideas please?

I have noticed something...
There are problems with the accounts' databases that were suspended during the backup...
Any clue how to fix that now?

If the admin backup didn't back up the files of the disabled users, then hopefully you still have access to them from somewhere else.
