Ongoing invoice problems

I have never worked with a company that was so completely unable to send me an invoice every month when my CC is charged for the license. I've gone back and forth with you guys about this for over a year.

I am posting here because you aren't answering my support emails.

It's really simple guys. When you charge someone for something, you provide a receipt. End of story. Please advise as to how we can resolve this situation ASAP.
 
This is a sales issue.

You shouldn't really expect a response from support for a sales issue.

We've used PayPal subscriptions, and PayPal sends us notices every month.

All the payment processors (not just PayPal) used by JBMC return emailed "invoices" when recurring bills are paid.

They dont' know why you're not getting them, and neither do I.

You might want to check to see that your account was set up with a working email address, and to see if for some reason your email address is bouncing the emails. Since the emails are automatic, bounces are not reported anywhere.
