Only 2 email accounts are showing in DirectAdmin Panel

Hi Team,
Only 2 email accounts are showing in the DirectAdmin Panel, but on my other domain, the panel shows 5 email accounts. How can I enable total 5 accounts?

I am a user. Unfortunately, the admin is no more and I do not have admin details.

That's a problem then. Only an admin can help you with that.
Which is why this forum is only for support to DA license holders (admins), because in most cases we can't help hosting customers.

Also, if there is no admin anymore, chances are server won't be paid and could go down, maybe consider moving to another host is a good idea.

It's normal, it always work like this, because you create email for selected domain.

Login as admin and change the package for the user. At least that is the normal operation if all works well.
