only .com, .net etc working

Only normal domains like .com .net etc are working on my server other special domains like .uni.cc, .ua, .cc etc are returning server at domain not found. However when I look up the domains using a whois our server responds to the request correctly, check vpet.uni.cc

Searching for vpet.uni.cc. A record at E.ROOT-SERVERS.NET. [192.203.230.10] ...took 160 ms
Searching for vpet.uni.cc. A record at A5.NSTLD.COM. [192.5.6.34] ...took 124 ms
Searching for NS2.CYLARCOM.NET. A record at J.ROOT-SERVERS.NET. [192.58.128.30] ...took 11 ms

This is correct but it will not load in a browser? I don't know what is wrong, I checked the DNS records and they are fine. What am I missing? These domains were working fine until a few days ago, I tried everything, short of restoring the users accounts.
 
All working for me now here. Perhaps Jaysworld didn't give it enough time to propagate?

I could ping 69.197.139.250 before but apache would not respond to even the ip address. I suspect apache was not listening on 69.197.139.250 and probably the others as well.

Whatever was wrong it is fixed now and Jaysworld is not volunteering and information.
