Hello to everyone, in order to fix attached error I need to open_basedir set None

reading following topic should be under PHP SafeMode Configuration-> Php Safe Mode Settings

What can i do?

Seems they changed this. It should now by under PHP settings.
And that is on top in the accounts section or Admin section, not under the Extra section.

I don't know, change to icon grid display, then you should see it in the first row.
