Openbase problem

Hi

Bit stuck on this so any wisdom would be most welcome, please.


I am trying to run a script on one of my sites and it shows an error at the bottom of the page saying 'Note: open_basedir must be disabled to use this feature' however when I go into the admin bit of direct admin I see nuclearzoo.co.uk dfr ON OFF OFF which tells me that it is disabled.

I have set it to be disabled by default so haven't made any manual changes. Is there something else I have to change please?
