OpenLiteSpeed admin panel 503 error

Hi,
After installation cant open admin panel
I receive

503​

Service Unavailable​

The server is temporarily busy, try again later!
I saw in stderror the following
/usr/local/lsws/admin/fcgi-bin/admin_php: error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Centos 9 stream
Any idea ?
