OpenLiteSpeed - LSCache for WordPress Issues

Hi,

We have installed Openlitespeed on our Directadmin/CloudLinux web server. We have around 50 WordPress sites and when using the Litespeed Cache for Wordpress Installations plugin, all of them error when scanning.

The error that is produced is:
Unexpected Error Encountered! See webcachemgr.log for more information.

We are unable to enable the LSCache for any WordPress site.. any ideas as to what may be causing the issue?

webcachemgr.log

What does it say in there?

Any ideas where this log is? Checked within the lsws log folder and nothings there..

Checked here: /usr/local/lsws/logs/webcachemgr.log and there isn't one.

Hello,
Not off the top of my head.If you have root access, try running:

find / -name 'webcachemgr.log' -type f

This will find all files on the server with that name. If you do not find anything with that name I would start looking for any error logging output to the lsws logs directory when attempting to enable the caching. This should give you some log output to work with which should help to narrow down the source of your issue.
