Operation not permitted

Hi Guys,
Please i need help.
When i want to create an email on the direct admin, its gives the error below

"Unable to write to the password file. Let your administrator know that /etc/virtual/heliumhealth.ng/passwd is unwritable. Unable to move /etc/virtual/heliumhealth.ng/passwd.temp to /etc/virtual/heliumhealth.ng/passwd : Operation not permitted"

Can you check if the /etc/virtual/heliumhealth.ng directory does exist?
Also check the /etc/virtual/domains and domainowners file for the domains presence.

If it's all good, check if you got these lines in directadmin.conf file:
emailspoolvirtual=/var/spool/virtual emailvirtual=/etc/virtual

If you're not an admin or reseller, you can't reach these files and then you are on the wrong forum, you have to ask your host as this forum is not for hosting customers support, only admins and resellers using directadmin.
