At this moment, only 1 email address can be put in the ticket system. Mostly the admin email addres is in there.
However, it would be nice if it were possible to put more email addresses in there, for example for a email support engineer and for example a server support engineer if the admin has not enough knowledge to do that bit himself, but can do other things.
I know the admin could create a seperate mail address and make forwarders for that, but it would be a lot easyer just to have an option to put more addresses in DA ticketsystem itself.

or something like that seperated with for example a semicolon just like it works in email clients.
