Ordering DA

I have placed an order on DA.com supplying my IP and everything.

How does it take for them to install the necessary packages to get DA up and running.

Support typically respond to e-mail inquiries within 45 minutes during normal business hours.

DirectAdmin installation takes from 20 to 50 minutes, it depends on your system, packages etc.

Should take about 30 minutes on a modern system.

Of course, don't forget you also have to secure the system afterwards and so on. So it'll take longer then that, but of course that's not part of DirectAdmin.

Why didn't you choose to install it yourself? It's easy as it comes with an installation guide.
From what I understand you are having DA install it for you.

My guess is that the answer is they generally get to it the same day.
