I have deleted the default user homepage by accident, and was wondering where i could find it so new users would have that as a deault homepage.

Try /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/default/

There is usually another copy in the resellers directory.
Something like /home/reseller/domains/default/

I've attached a copy none the less.
