original permission for /usr/bin/wget

can someone tell me the original permission for wget under /usr/bin/wget

I change wget permission to chmod 0711 for video grabbing,
but I dont know what it was to begin with. was it 0700

And a quick question was 0711 the correct permission or is that super unsafe aswell.

thanks for the reply R1Lover I tried 755 and I could still grab videos which is fine but I wanted to stop all users from accessing wget because I get Warnings from "Nobody Check" Warning: Malicious Nobody Process Found, and it kills the process which is great to see "Nobody Check" actually works.
so it would have been 700 for root only. guessing & thats as far as I can tell from other threads on the web i read.
