Hi.
I use (yum -y update) but finally it do not show me OK message instead it show this message :

how i can delete perl?

in my server.

why and how 2 kind perl (32bit and 64bit) have installed to my server?? :confused:
 
first run yum remove perl.i386
after that
yum install perl.x86_64
And the problem should be fixed
 
Your welcome, looks like you had them both installed, and that causes an conflict.

If it is not denied by your settings, and does not conflict with anything on your server, when installing a package with yum without specifying an architecture on a 64 bit CentOS it's highly possible to get the both versions. And it's true not for perl only.
