Outgoing SMTP forwarding

I know that in Sendmail its possible to forward all emails to another SMTP server for distribution, I was wondering if this is possible with exim as well (I would assume so I just haven't found how) and if someone knows could they tell me how. Thanks very much.

I don't use a smarthost or I'd cut and paste in an example, but if you google:

exim smarthost

you'll probably get some good help.
