Outlook espress doesn't work

Hi, yesterday I've created new mail accounts, one of them is mine, I tried to configure it in Outlook Express and tells me that doesn't find the server.
My domine is: shindokai.net
The configuration I've made is:

user: (my user)@shindokai.net
passw: ********

Servers:

POP3: mail.shindokai.net
SMTP: mail.shindokai.net
checked box: my server requires autentification

There is something else tha i've been missed??

The mail of my domain is working ok??

You have done a search right? There are tons and tons of posts about (insert mail client here) doesn't work. The biggest culprit is that most ISP's block port 25, which is needed to send email.

If you can't receive email, that is a different problem, and could be due to a firewall.
