I can receive emails but not send, it wont connect to the smtp server. I'm using the email I created through direct admin. The server is correct and I use port 110 since the default port didnt work at all. Anyone with any info I would appreciate it.
 
Port 110 is the POP port and you can't send through it. If your ISP has blocked port 25 for outgoing mail (probable; most ISPs are doing it and more are adding themselves to the list evey day), then you can try port 587 and Plain-Text authentication; By default exim on DirectAdmin will accept that, and your ISP shouldn't be blocking it; it's the official authenticated sender port.
