hi, may i know how do i configure my outlook express setting?

i have test it but it show error.

Do you know if your ISP has block your tcp port 25 outgoing access?

You may try to use tcp port 587 smtp auth. on your outlook instead.
Of course make sure the firewall on your server permit tcp 587 incoming connection.
