outlook hangs?

hey,
for some reason, outlook will not send emails to one domain - domainA.com. They will just keep sitting in my outbox. when i check my exim mainlog and rejectlog, I get the following error:

2006-11-20 17:19:09 H=(synapse) [12.39.123.91] F=<[email protected]> rejected RCPT <[email protected]>:
2006-11-20 17:19:11 H=(synapse) [12.39.123.91]
2006-11-20 17:19:12 H=(synapse) [12.39.123.91] incomplete transaction (QUIT) from <[email protected]>

It happens only for this domainA. not any other domain on the same server as of domainA.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

i do auth to send mail right now. Thats how my other emails go out.
