Owner problem in new domains

People are reporting to me that when they create a subdomain or a domain, it is created with the owner root, and they can't modify anything.

Any suggestions?

How are they creating it? If they're creating it with DirectAdmin, and it's being created by user root, then there's a problem in your DirectAdmin configuration. You should contact with DirectAdmin support.
