I totally agree with Wattie, next tot the fact that it's incorrect, it's totally not the place to state your mind like this. It's undecent!

That's sad to hear but it is definetely up to you.
DA Staff always give support for free, and me or Zeiter or smtalk are still quite active on the forum (well, me not that much honestly because of less free time).
Except for the "run separate server for various resources" which would be a very good feature, i don't see any big problem on keeping using DirectAdmin (also considering that change would be start over with another panel for me and my customers).
Anyway, as said, it's definetely your decision

Well... Jeff's answers were very good formulated and enough detailed and instructive. He was a man of different thinking and was a good example to follow for me, for you maybe. English language was most likely his native language. And that's the core, I'd rather say. Hardly anybody will ever be like him.
