How to disable it from the skin..?

Customers keep changing the passwords we have assigned to them usuing simple words which make of it a security issue for us..

I'm don't think that link is hardcoded into DA.
Try looking at /usr/local/directadmin/data/skins/

You can look through the html files in the skins directory and see if you can change it. I believe you can, but I think it changes it everywhere, for users as well as admins and resellers...
