Perl Script That Does Ftp

I have some users that need Ftp space to host ebay images. So I set them up with Ftp accounts. Now the problem is they are not to savy with Ftp. Does anyone know of anything like a perl or php script that I can put on my server that will act like a webGUI for Ftp? Basically something they can put there Ftp username and password in and it will do all the work for them.

How about their browser? Both Mozilla and IE support uploading and downloading through FTP.
