All DNS does is convert URLs to IP#s. So the only way you can do this with DNS is if DNS coolpage allows you to use your own subdomain as an alias to the blog. If they do, then set up blog.pulpkiosk.net as an alias on their system, and then create a CNAME for blog.pulpkiosk.net to the IP# they give you (delete any other zone records for the same subdomain).

If they don't allow this, then you can create a zero-size page frame at pulpkiosk.net/blog with the rest of the page pointing to their site. Unfortunately then the browser URL won't change as you browse through your site, and you won't be able to bookmark specific pages.

cname and alias

If you want to use your domain or subdomain you need to point their nameservers to gethost but that is thus impossible?
Else I make another mistake.
