Permission denied: AH02454: FCGI: can't connect to socket

Hi

Logs are showing

Permission denied: AH02454: FCGI: attempt to connect to Unix domain socket /usr/local/php72/sockets/webapps.sock (*) failed

when I try to visit a web site or a page that doesn't output the Indexes page (list of available files/folders)

Can someone point me in the right direction? It's a new server running in my local environment.

Service Unavailable
