personal suspend message per user/domain

I would like to see an option field where I can put a personal message when a user is suspended.

Now it shows always the visitor of the domain the same message for all suspended domains, but it would be nice to specify a message for a specific site, for example:
this site is offline, please contact our abuse department etc
This way you can use the suspend option better.

It could go further, for example send a message to the contact addressen when the domain is suspended and.of show also the personal message when a user tries to login into DA.

Yes I know, but I would like a option in DA itself (below the suspend buttons).
A field where a admin can enter a personal suspend message, if nothing is filled in the default message is shown, if the field is used the personal message is shown instead.

We use the suspend option for several reasons, for example if a customer has not paid we suspend him also, or we move his package to an other server and we whish to keep temporally the account on the old server we suspend the old package, an other option is when he abuses our system (spamming or is hacked) we suspend the domain te prevent worse etc
So there are several reasons why someone is suspended and it would be great if we could easily personolize the suspend message with DA it self.
