PHP 5.4.27 GD build fails FreeBSD 9.1

I've tried for a few hours now. Can't get it to build with GD.

It builds fine without GD but fails when I try to add it. Please advise because I'm pretty fed up.

Just to add that after 3 hours I make this thread...then 10 minutes later I finally got it. I had to install this port:
/usr/ports/graphics/php5-gd

I then had to rebuild freetype again and then php.

Finally!

Hopefully my time and effort may save the next guy some trouble.
