PHP Configuration Settings not removing domains

Hello, in the DA > Admin > Server Manager > PHP Configuration area, it shows the domains with either Safe Mode, Open BaseDir, or whatever the default is. It seems like whenever a domain is renamed by the user, this area doesn't remove the PHP settings for the old domain. Is there a way to automate the removal of these? Actually, is there a way to remove the old domains at all? I don't see a way to do that.

Indeed it stays active within the PHP configuration list.
"This domain is controlled by the main domain for this User."

That seems kind of annoying as a server administrator. I don't want my server filling up with domains that aren't actually on the server. How can we prune this list?
