PHP dont work HELP PLEASE

Dear guys,

I have just updated apache and exim on Fedora 3 server.

Now the nex problem i have:

By one user account, i get error. the account dont support php.

Check:
http://85.92.134.111/~evim/nl

so it workt perfect bu when i use the domainname:

http://www.evim.nl/nl/

it dont work.. Can anyone help me immeditly !!
Why dont support it.. Please..

The reseller has set his php out..
