PHP error log access?

Hello.
How can a user access his PHP error logs?
In cPanel, i.e., the user can find a error.log file in each directory whenever a PHP script in that same directory cause any kind of error... does exist anything like this in DrectAdmin too?

The php errors are in the domein.com.error.log the user can read the error logs from the Site Summary / Statistics / Logs section. In the web.error.log file.
They are also in .tar.gz format which the user can reach with ftp in the /home/user/domains/domain.com/logs directory.
