PHP extension "pdo_mysql" must be loaded.

Dear Friends ,

I am trying to install Magento. But getting this error "PHP extension "pdo_mysql" must be loaded".

I have already uncommented in php ini file extension=php_pdo_mysql.dll.
And also checked the dll entry in ext folder.

I am using php 5.2.6
Can anybody help me regarding this.

First of all .dll could not work, since DirectAdmin runs only at Linux so you should have .so files
