php mail (-bash: mail: command not found)

hi every body
i'm use centos 6.4 and install DirectAdmin
in this server i can send and recive email from rouncube but if i'm used any script (php) my message is sent but nothing in the mailbox
when i'm login to root , i can see this comment :

-bash: mail : command not found

yum -y install mailx

tnx chatwizard but when i'm install it and restart in ssh error :

/usr/sbin/sendmail: No such file or directory
"/root/dead.letter" 18/717
. . . message not sent.
