PHP not working on Admin Level Sub Domain

PHP does not seem to be working for my admin level subdomain.

see: billing.tallduck.com

It will serve an HTML page fine.

The way this domain works at the moment:

The main domain hits another server.
Sub Domains pass through that server and point to this DirectAdmin server.

Any help is appreciated. Let me know if you need any logs or anything.

Actually i dont see the opening tag <?php, should be that the error?
