Php not working on directadmin

Dear all
i am in problem in my vps the php files not working even the phpinfo .php not opening
php version 5.2.17 also how can i upgrade php
i read somewhere thst after yum update restart the httpd and it upgrade but this not work for me
anybudy help???

Hello,

You should not use yum to install/update any software managed by directadmin, while you aren't sure what exactly results it might lead to.

Thus, cd to /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild and do use build to re-install broken software. But before make sure, you've removed all php/apache/mysql installed with yum.

You might need to search the forums in order to find exact commands, if you don't know them. Or hire somebody to do it for you.
