If you are looking for check boxes and stuff like in EA4 that no it doesn't exist.

You can use the File editor in the admin GUI
You need your root password.
File Editor
You can access file editor from System Info & Files by clicking "File editor" link.
From there you will see list of system files you can edit. Click on desired file name to view it. From there you will see contents of file and will be able to modify it. Don't forget to click "Save" button after making any changes.
