Hello! Prompt please, where it is possible to honour instruction on setting and adjusting PHP Version Selector . On a server he stands, but does not work. Writes This funtion is currently disabled.

If so, since that's a third-party plugin, he should contact his provider.

It means you should configure the plugin on admin level first.

Visit http://your_server:2222/CMD_PLUGINS_ADMIN/phpvs
and select versions of PHP installed on your server for users.
