OK maybe i missed.. 
Some thoughts
Can you have users have only one php version, and no option to other versions ( reseller and users)
Is it possible to have users with EOL versions php 5x grouped somehow, to get for those extra kind of audits / security settings. LOG files and so on. So Bell rings if...
Maybe even better to have them on other seperate IP's then the other Users, so IP HOST is not burned if something goes wrong. ( don't know if phpmailer for example this makes sense and separated then from host ip, most common problem to have "burned ip as spamm.. for those who let wordpress users )
Is it possible to have EOL version for other Users locked / blocked out, whatever so only after they realy need and aks they could ...
Don't want to have acces here because my Grammar / Englisch... for Feature Requests if there are more that want such then..
Or better throw all those on seperate BOX. ?
