phpmyadmin access

hello
i have a new problem for directadmin users
some of users cant reach to phpmyadmin by their domains
for example:

https://example.com/phpmyadmin

get "this site cant be reached" on browser
but i can access to phpmyadmin with ip "x.x.x.x/phpmyadmin" work fine
how can i solve this problem????

Interestingly, some users have access to PHPmyadmin and some are not
How is such a thing possible?

yes all of websites resolves same ip
no cloudflare
