phpmyadmin dos not working!

Dear

the phpmyadmin in directadmin is not working,when i click on mysql managment in user section and then click on phpmyadmin,it dos'nt show up and after entering username and password it only shows white page and sometimes it has a not completed theme,its like its theme dosn't show and we don't see phpmyadmin
what should i do?

I found the problem

I just found the problem:
it dosn't show up with internet explore 9 but it works fine with firefox
