phpMyAdmin gives blank page

I used JTBox's plugin earlier today to upgrade my phpMyAdmin to the latest 2.9.1.1-all-languages version. However now when I goto www.modemnet.net/phpmyadmin I am given a blank page. Is this a permissions issue? Any ideas as to why this might be like this?
 
Thanks, I ran that script per the instructions. When I went to www.modemnet.net/phpmyadmin I was prompted for a username and password. So I used admin_test / test for my test db, however it never loaded the page for phpmyadmin. Then everytime I tried to load the page after that, it simply continued to time out.
 
Try recompiling PHP using the ./build php_ap2 y command. Or ./build php y (if you are using apache 1.x).
