phpMyAdmin Not Showing Up .. Deleted?

I cannot access phpMyAdmin everytime i click on it i get a blank white screen

I tried reinstalling it with the build and still nothing

Ive tried this

cd /var/www/html

It is in there but i dont know how its not working

I already did...now im getting error:00000001:lib(0):func(0):reason(1) i removed the domain but now im getting this error

for phpmyadmin it was something about the socks
