phpMyAdmin only for authed via DA users

How to make phpMyAdmin accessible only for users authed via DirectAdmin?

So that in order to access phpMyAdmin, users would have to login through DirectAdmin first or use DA login details before their mysql login details?
If so, it's probably possibly in a workaround way, however I have to ask what for?
Users can upload their own copy of phpmyadmin or allow remote access...
