phpmyadmin problems--help me pls

Hi, i have a lot of problems with PhpMyAdmin, i cannot access it, it requires user and password, i insert there user and password of my webspace and it doesn't work...i created a new database giving database and user's names + password, then i try to enter in phpmyadmin with those user and password and it doesn't work again it always requires user and password!!!
which ones i have to insert there? help me pls thx

At phpmyadmin, you'll require your DA login/password for the particular site/account.

I think you need to have atleast one DB setup to open phpmyadmin. (maybe wrong)
