phpmyadmin / SQL mmgt not working for any user

I'm receiving the following error:

Error connecting to MySQL: Access denied for user 'da_admin '@'localhost' (using password: YES)

and tried this 5 - 7 times already with no success.

Prior to me trying this my domains would just get a login screen when clicking on the phpmyadmin button. After I tried the above link I also started to receive that error on the MySQL management page.

Any help would be great appreciated as I've searched these forums.

The problem is simply that the DA password is out of sync with MySQL; someone's probably changed it.

At what point in the procedure you mentioned does it fail? Does everything appear to work?
